A candle made for someone special

Teddybae began in 2017, when Kate decorated a candle for our son Blaze’s christening. That first candle showed us how something simple could become a keepsake filled with meaning.

Made by our family, for yours

Today, Miguel hand-pours our candles in Sydney while Kate creates the designs. Our range brings together personalised pet candles, ready-made dog and cat designs, scented glass candles and travel tins.

We love creating pieces that celebrate a favourite face, mark a meaningful moment or bring a little warmth to everyday life.

Our pet candles are made with plant-based wax in refillable keepsake jars, so you can keep the image you love and enjoy a fresh fragrance again.

The story behind Teddybae

As a baby, Blaze found comfort in his soft teddy bear and his dummy, which he called “bae”. Together, “teddy” and “bae” became his little words for comfort—and the inspiration for our name.
