Prepare, refill and enjoy
Check that your jar is undamaged, then remove the old wax and wick base. Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Remove the protective backing from the refill’s wick sticker, insert the refill with the wick centred, and press firmly down to secure it.
Ensure the wick is 5mm in length before lighting. Follow the full Candle Care & Refills guide and the instructions on your candle’s warning label.

Hand-poured and dispatched from Sydney. We ship across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. USA orders travel with Australia Post International Express. The USA shipping charge includes an allowance for import duties and customs processing fees, which Teddybae prepays through Zonos. Delivery times vary, and customs processing can cause delays. Custom pet candle orders received before midnight Sunday (Sydney time) are normally made by the following Tuesday and normally dispatched on Wednesday.

Ensure the wick is 5mm in length before lighting. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, children, pets and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
