USA orders travel with Australia Post International Express. The USA shipping charge includes an allowance for import duties and customs processing fees, which Teddybae prepays through Zonos. Delivery times vary, and customs processing can cause delays. Custom pet candle orders received before midnight Sunday (Sydney time) are normally made by the following Tuesday and normally dispatched on Wednesday.
